    3 holidays on 12 consecutive weeks

    Out of 12 weeks 7 weeks will have holidays on Friday followed by weekend offering 3 consecutive days off and 5 holidays will be on Monday following weekend. 2 local district holidays can be declared by District Collectors in their respective districts.

    Six public holidays will be on Sunday which will reduce the public holiday count by employees.
