Why holidays declared on November 25th and 26th?

All government and private schools have been declared closed for the triennial fair to be held on November 25th and 26th in Pratapnagar. District Education Officer Poonam Chauhan stated that cultural programs and stalls for departmental schemes will be set up in all schools. Schools in the Dhungamandar area have also requested a holiday.

The Tehsil administration has declared a two-day public holiday for all government, semi-government, and recognized private schools for the triennial fair to be held on November 25th and 26th at Pratapnagar’s famous Sem Mukhem. District Education Officer Poonam Chauhan stated that, on the orders of the SDM Pratapnagar, all schools in the Pratapnagar block will be closed on the said dates. Besides, Cluster Garvangaon and Cluster Onalgaon will coordinate with each other and will also organize cultural programs of students and stalls of departmental schemes in the fair.

Holidays declared on November 25th and 26th by authority

Vijaypal Rawat, District Panchayat member from Mandar of Jakhnidhar block, demanded holiday in the schools of Dhungmandar area for two days of the fair. He said that Dhungmandar Patti is an area adjacent to Pratapnagar. People here go to participate in the fair along with their children. In such a situation, holiday should be declared in the schools of Dhungmandar.
