This time, a two-day consecutive holiday has been declared for Sohrai, the major festival of the tribal community, allowing government employees living in rural areas to participate with their families with full enthusiasm. Sohrai, known as the harvest festival, symbolizes joy and prosperity for the tribal communities. Under the NIA Act, there will be a total of 21 days of holidays, and under executive order, 13 days, making a total of 34 days of holidays. This time, there will be a 2-day holiday for Sohrai.
