Why demand for a public holiday on October 31?
Batala (Beri): On this occasion, President Bittu Yadav stated that, like every year, the Navami and Dashami fairs are being celebrated with great devotion at the sacred Shri Achleshwar Dham in Batala. Lakhs of devotees from across the country and abroad, including Punjab, visit the shrine to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva and Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
